The Festival
The Sacré Sound Festival is a musical experience in resonance with our times. In a world where dialogue is eroding, it creates a space to listen, feel, and connect, restoring meaning to “living together.” Here, the boundaries between cultures and beliefs fade away, leaving room to a vibrant celebration of diversity and unity.
For its third edition, the Sacré Sound Festival invites you to a fully immersive experience: each evening, unique concerts blending sacred and contemporary music open a dialogue in iconic venues. Come discover, broaden your horizons, share, and experience transcendent moments!
This festival is the culmination of the long-standing experience of its director and founder, Laurence Haziza, who has led the Jazz’N’Klezmer festival for over 20 years.
Building on this experience, Laurence created the Sacré Sound Festival, fostering encounters between contemporary music and music inspired by beliefs and traditions.
“I wanted to draw musicians toward new forms, in unexpected venues, not only to encourage a blending of sounds, but also to make them resonate within unique spaces.”
The festival thus becomes a space for artistic and cultural exchange, where the sacred regains its
place at the heart of creation, while celebrating the richness of our differences.
“I wanted to speak to all generations. I listened to the music I encounter daily in a new way and
realized that much of it is inspired by the sacred and by spirituality.”
The idea for the festival was born: to bring together the sacred and contemporary music, to have artists perform together who might otherwise be kept apart, here, in a protected space, and to offer music that speaks to everyone, regardless of origin, culture, or age.
