Résidence des Récollets

First established as a convent by the Franciscans in the 17th century, then used as a military hospital and hospice, this site was repurposed for cultural use in 1974. Now shared between the Maison de l’Architecture and an artist residency, the Récollets form a space that inspires and nurtures both creation and research. The past resonates here with the present.
The mission of the Résidence des Récollets is to summon the memory of a place, of a history, of an architectural heritage, and both material and immaterial traces in the service of artistic creation
and research.

Consulat Voltaire

What if we partied in a former electrical substation? That is the bold vision of the Consulat: a generator of multidisciplinary creation. Beneath its vast industrial nave, it hosts artists, thinkers, musicians, and citizens working together toward a more just world, a true consulate of the living, where art rhymes with commitment.

Synagogue Copernic

Inaugurated on December 1st, 1907, the Copernic Synagogue, with its Art Deco style, is the first liberal

Jewish synagogue in France. Within its walls, men and women take part together in the service, accompanied by a mixed choir, without separation. True to this spirit of openness, the community has been welcoming the Sacré Sound Festival since its very first edition.
